Let’s Go Camping!

We are planning a Pack camping trip at Camp Jarvis in Devon, PA (about 25 minutes away) to kick off our program year on Friday, September 5, to Sunday, September 7.

The price is $10 per person.
All registrations must be completed
by Monday, September 1.

Trip Details

We have the entire camp reserved for Friday and Saturday night, including a large parade field for our tents, an amphitheater and firepit, and a large cabin we can use in case of inclement weather. We will be taking a hike through Valley Forge National Historical Park on Saturday, with a catered dinner in the field on Saturday evening, and a campfire with a program on Friday and Saturday night. Snacks and s’mores will be available Friday night; breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and s’mores will be provided on Saturday; and breakfast will be provided on Sunday.

We will be camping in tents; if you need to borrow a tent or any other gear, please reach out to your Den Leader, Sarah, or Adrian.

We need an updated Health and Medical Record completed each year for every person (Scouts, Parent/Guardian, Sibling) attending the camping trip.

Additionally, we will need an Activity Consent Form filled out for every Scout and youth attending.
