Pack 334 participates in the Hike-A-Thon every spring.
It is our biggest, best, and most fun fundraiser.
The Hike-A-Thon is an opportunity for Scouts and families in Cub Scout Pack 334 to get out into the fresh air for exercise and raise funds for our unit and our activities.
You’ll set up an individual fundraiser page by going to our Pack page and clicking the โBecome a Fundraiserโ button.
Then ask family and friends to sponsor your Scout to go on some hikes this spring, and send them the link to your fundraiser page.
55% of all donations go directly to our Pack, and the other 45% go to support our local Council, Cradle of Liberty, to help support activities like Fall Fest and the Cuboree.
Our goal this year as a Pack is to raise $5,000.
A percentage of whatever you raise will be available to your Scout to use toward dues!
We will organize a Pack Hike later in the spring with Scouts BSA Troop 334 in the Wissahickon. If you can’t make it, you can hike with your family.
Weโd like 100% participation this year!
The funds we raise are used each year to help cover costs at the beginning of the year before dues are collected.
Last year we raised almost $3,000 and were able to buy new handbooks for each Scout and cover the costs for our awesome camping trip at Camp Jarvis using nothing but Hike-A-Thon funds!
