James Sontag was the youngest Scout to earn Eagle Scout in the history of Troop 334.
Additional Notes
Jim's Eagle Court of Honor was the first one held by Troop 334. Eagle Scouts before Jim were honored at the Council Eagle Court of Honor. The Troop Committee felt the Council event did a poor job of honoring Eagle Scout #8 (Jeff Craighead) and so they developed their own program. With only a few modifications, this is the same program Troop 334 has held for every Eagle Scout since.
